SR Fresh loves Hot Pepper Sauces, Hot and Spicy Food, and MAKING Hot Pepper Sauces and Hot and Spicy Food. We have always wondered, though, with all of the Hot Sauces, and Hot Pepper Sauces out there, what happened to the Hot Pepper Flavor? No, we don't mean the Heat. You can always buy something hot. Where is the actual flavor of the Pepper itself. We missed it. We like all kinds of Peppers both Sweet and Hot, and we wanted those flavors in our Hot Sauces and in our Food, so...
We decided to make our own Hot Sauces with a lot of Hot Peppers and Sweet Peppers, and other good ingredients that go well with them
And, since wanted bright, fresh flavors, we didn't want to cook the sauce or the Peppers. We don't.
We add just enough Sea Salt to bring out the natural flavor of the Pepper Fruit and prevent the Pepper Juice from fermenting, and also a little mild and bright Rice Wine Vinegar for the same reason.
All of our Hot Sauces are made with seasonally available Peppers and ingredients, which means that sometimes we cannot make one of our favorites, and just have to wait 'til those Hot Peppers are in the market again!
