The Hot Sauces we make are closely tied to the Hot Peppers we use to make them. Depending on Pepper availability we make a number of different Sauces, and we almost always have the following types:
Habanero Gold, made from Fresh Ripe Orange Habanero Peppers, Fresh Orange Bell Peppers, Fresh Sweet Onions, Fresh Garlic, Rice Wine Vinegar, and Sea Salt -- Fairly Hot, 6 to 8,000 Scoville Units.
Cayenne-Cherry Red, made from Fresh Ripe Cayenne and Cherry Peppers, Fresh Red Bell Peppers, Fresh Sweet Onions, Fresh Garlic, Rice Wine Vinegar, and Sea Salt -- Fairly Hot, 6 to 8,000 Scoville Units.
Fresno-Jalapeno Red, made from Fresh Ripe Fresno and Jalapeno Peppers, Fresh Red Bell Peppers, Fresh Sweet Onions, Rice Wine Vinegar and Sea Salt -- Moderate Heat, 4 to 6,000 Scoville Units.
Habanero Gold XXXXTra Hot, made with the same ingredients as our regular Habanero Gold but with a lot more Habaneros! Pretty Damn Hot, 10 to 14,000 Scoville Units.
From time to time we also have our Cayenne Blast, a hot and spicy, very high Cayenne content based sauce and also our Habanero Ever Clear, which is a golden transparent Habanero sauce with a heat level comparable to that of the Habanero Gold.
